All Millenia Learning Academy teachers and caregivers not only meet the state requirements but exceed them. Our staff have years of experience in early learning settings. Each staff member uses their unique teaching style to observe children as they “play their way through learning”. Our staff also collaborates and plans your child’s curriculum weekly with the daycare director. This ensures that no child is left behind academically. Our staff also receives continuous training in Early Childhood Education promoting best practices and developmentally appropriate practices.

Staff Qualifications

We choose our teachers based on their classroom experience, training, and caring attitude.

  • Staff screening includes an extensive application, intensive interview, reference check with previous employers, and a background check.
  • All teachers have their current CPR and Pediatric First Aide certifications in addition to 12 hours of continuing education training every year.
